Vertical (intermediate, back cover parts) production line
The equipment of this line has been put into use after 2012, and the latest equipment was put into use in 2015. The total investment amount is 25 million Yuan, and it is composed of 12 vertical lathes, 6 vertical machining centers and 4 horizontal machining centers.
The processing line is equipped with 25 operators, three shifts of production, with an annual output of hydraulic pump intermediate, motor back cover parts 60,000 pieces.
Overall valve body processing line
The production line was put into use in 2011 with an investment of 60 million Yuan. It consists of 7 horizontal machining centers (4 Toyota machines and 3 Mitsui machines), 2 washing machines, 2 post surface grinding machines, 2 honing machines and 1 FMS line. Realize night shift unattended processing. Undertake 22T-80T class hydraulic overall valve body processing task.
The valve hole finishing adopts the biaxial numerical control honing machine produced by Hamano Company in Japan. It adopts the smooth honing structure to realize the valve hole honing with the dimensional accuracy controlled at 2μ and the cylindricity controlled at 8μ, which can meet the requirements of the wild distribution.
The processing line is equipped with 15 operators, three shifts of production, with an annual output of 12,000 valve body processing capacity.
Servo line production line
The production line was put into use in 2015 with an investment of 11 million Yuan. It consists of 7 Mazak vertical machining centers and 2 homemade simple honing machines.
The processing line is equipped with 11 operators, three shifts of production, with the production capacity of 60,000 hydraulic pump servo valve body.
Precision processing zone
The total of STUDER precision surface grinding machine 2 sets, spherical grinder 4 two universal cylindrical grinder, sun machines, vertical grinding machine 2 sets, f mudd inner hole grinding machine 3 units, Mick Rosa centerless grinding machine 3, Sophie superfinishing machine 1, Toyota worker machine CNC cylindrical grinding 7, gleason gear grinding machine, and one single etc 36 sets of equipment. The total investment amount is 80 million Yuan.
The temperature of this area is controlled at 20± 1 degrees. Meet the high precision processing requirements of hydraulic parts: spool size accuracy control in 1μ, shape tolerance cylindricity control in 2μ, realize the valve body, valve hole.
The precision processing zone is equipped with 30 operators, three shifts (some equipment adopts two shifts) production, the capacity to meet the assembly capacity of parts demand.
Heat treatment
The heat treatment production line was put into use in 2012 with an investment of 25 million yuan. It has two 211 multi-purpose furnace production lines, two trolley type resistance furnaces, one grid belt type sintering furnace, one AGV automatic carrier, and one automatic straightening machine and one liquid sandblasting machine. It can realize carburizing, carbonitriding, nitriding, soft nitriding, tempering, normalizing, annealing and bimetallic sintering of parts.
Bimetal sintering technology for the patented technology of Zhongchuan, sintered copper for special ratio, copper and steel, copper and cast iron bimetal combination, shear strength up to 200Mpa, finished rate 99.5%, leading the industry level.
The heat treatment line is equipped with 14 operators, three shifts of production, with an annual heat treatment capacity of 3,000 tons of parts.
Assembly and experimental area
It has 4 assembly lines of pump, motor, reducer and valve, and 6 experimental sets of pump, motor and valve, with a total investment quota of 25 million Yuan.
The assembly and experimental district is equipped with 80 operators, the assembly area is works on two shifts, the experimental area works on three shifts, with the production capacity of 10,000 pumps/year, hydraulic valve, rotary assembly 3,600 sets/year, walking assembly 1000 sets/year.
Cylinder block processing line (2 pieces)
The cylinder block processing line has 4 CNC lathes, 2 broaching machines, 6 vertical machining centers, 3 sets of Micron flexible machining modules, 1 set of high-frequency quenching machine, 1 set of plane grinding machine, 3 sets of ball face grinding machine, and 1 set of Ingers honing machine. The total investment is 25 million Yuan.
The processing line is equipped with 18 operators, three (two) shifts of production, with the production capacity of pump, motor cylinder 30,000 pieces.
Shell processing line
The production line was put into use in 2011 with an investment of 50 million Yuan. It is composed of 7 Demaji 75H horizontal machining centers and 1 Shule line. It undertakes the task of shell parts of 22T, 8-10T pumps and motors.
Processing line equipped with 9 operators, three shifts production, with the production of pump, motor casing 36,000 pieces/year capacity.
Transmission production line
The production line was put into use in 2013 with an investment of 25 million Yuan. It is composed of four Mazak 8800 horizontal machining centers and one FMS line. Can realize night unattended processing. Responsible for DF Company 130 HP above gearbox production task.
The processing line is equipped with 9 operators, three shifts of production, with the production capacity of 6000 high-grade gearbox.
Engine cylinder block, cylinder head processing line
The line has 17 Makino horizontal machining centers and 1 cleaning machine, with a total investment of 50 million Yuan.
The gear and gear ring processing line has 4 CNC vertical lathes, 4 CNC lathes, 4 vertical machining centers, 6 Gleason gear shaping machines and 2 Gleason gear hobbing machines, with a total investment of 38 million Yuan.
The processing line is equipped with 24 operators and has the capacity to produce 50,000 gear rings.
